Join us for an introduction to Reformer Pilates, followed by a guided meditation practice with ETHOS YOGA.

 You will receive a beautiful reusable WITHOUT WASTE shopper and a selection of goodies to fuel your health from the inside out. PETRICHOR FLORAL DESIGN will be joining the fun with her locally grown flowers. We will also have the fab VOCUSVIT  in the studio with her range of sustainable activewear that you can browse with a JOXER coffee.
